Associate Food Service

Job Details:

Summary: Oversee corporate catering services provided through the cafeteria, actively participating in daily food production, menu creation, setup, delivery, breakdown, and administrative tasks supporting catering functions. Duties include maintaining inventory, ordering/receiving goods, ensuring clean workstations/storage, prioritizing catering orders, leading the catering team, ensuring timely delivery of orders, training kitchen staff, developing production recipes, planning/executing special events, and leading the kitchen team in the supervisor's absence.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field with experience in high-end clientele.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage relationships with customers.

Special Skills: Prioritization of caterings, schedule setting, recipe calculations, menu creation.

Supervisory: Experience supervising personnel performing related tasks.
Location: Springdale, Arkansas (onsite).
