Associate/Full Professor, Public Health Sciences
The University of Virginia (UVA) Department of Public Health Sciences (http://med.virginia.edu/phs/) (PHS) is seeks a senior biostatistician in clinical trials at an Associate/Full Professor level, for the UVA Cancer Center Biostatistics Shared Resource (http://med.virginia.edu/cancer-research/research-resources/shared-resources/biostatistics-shared-resource/) (BSR), along with conducting other research within PHS. The candidate will develop and lead a multidisciplinary research program along with developing collaborations in support of the mission of the Cancer Center. The successful candidate must have strong training and research in early phase clinical trials and applied translational statistics. The candidate will be expected to contribute to Cancer Center growth through research, scholarship and mentoring. Additionally, they will have administrative, teaching and service responsibilities, and be expected to participate in appropriate national and international organizations.
