Maintenance Management: Oversee day-to-day mechanical engineering improvements and maintenance. Ensure zero breakdowns of equipment by adhering to preventive maintenance schedules. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and schedules. Coordinate routine maintenance planning and spare parts management. Operational Efficiency: Optimize plant availability by evaluating maintenance data. Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements related to the turbine department. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team. Provide training and development for team members. Foster a safe and healthy work environment. Resource Management: Plan and mobilize critical spares and resources. Prepare maintenance budgets and control costs. Coordinate with other departments for modification and improvement jobs. Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety of manpower and machinery. Maintain pollution control and housekeeping standards. Comply with environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations.

 

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Exp. 15 to 20 year's.
