DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Master processes, documentation, and terminology in international shipping from purchase order to deliveryApply industry knowledge to respond to customer requestsCoordinate shipments to meet customer SOP requirementsMaintain high data integrity for shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, and documentsUnderstand pricing and complete low to medium complexity customer quotesCommunicate clearly and effectively with customers, C.H. Robinson offices, agents, and vendorsFoster positive working relationships within the teamLeverage CHR’s network of departments, support teams, and leadershipAdhere to and maintain customer SOPs

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAdvanced English

Preferred:
