DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: + Master processes, documentation, and terminology in international shipping from purchase order to delivery + Apply industry knowledge to respond to customer requests + Coordinate shipments to meet customer SOP requirements + Maintain high data integrity for shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, and documents + Understand pricing and complete low to medium complexity customer quotes + Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, C.H.
