Products is an area within WMAS focused on enabling personalized client outcomes by leading the strategy and evolution of the firm's wealth management offering. We provide clients with a broad supply of quality products and services, aligned with the firm's advice and guidance, to meet our clients' personalized needs. Edward Jones' high net worth segment is a growth area in which the firm is investing to develop a new, premium client offering, inclusive of a set of competitive products and services. The High Net Worth Advice, Planning, Products & Services (HNW APPS) team owns the portfolio of HNW products and services - from product strategy to ongoing management. We partner both across Edward Jones and externally to innovate, build, deliver, and manage the APPS needed to serve our high net worth clients. As part of this team, you will have an opportunity to shape Edward Jones' high net worth strategy and collaborate with matrixed teams to deliver against our products and services roadmap. The HNW APPS team deploys multiple methods to deliver value to HNW clients, including a HNW Referral Network, product and service partnerships, and leading through other WMAS and firm initiatives. Team members will have the opportunity to contribute to and/or lead matrixed teams in support of one or more of these areas. **What You Will Do:** + Collaborate with team members to support the design, development and management of competitive, innovative and high quality products & services that align with firm advice and guidance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Gather data and insights and conduct analysis of moderate complexity that inform product strategy and development. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate products and services into the client and branch team experience for HNW offerings. + Support the orchestration of HNW products and services, which includes ensuring roadmaps for training, positioning, marketing, product lifecycle, etc. are in place, high quality, and aligned to the business strategy. + Responsible for HNW APPS product or service partners, referral network members and/or matrixed team relationships of moderate size, complexity, number or impact in order to: + Manage and maintain the portfolio of products and services including influencing and helping prepare recommendations to firm governance committees to add / remove / change products, services or vendors as needed. + Help identify gaps and opportunities in products and services. Help shape, maintain and execute roadmap to address gaps in alignment with firm strategic direction. + Resolve moderately complex / broad HNW products and services issues as escalated. Contribute to root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. + Interface with internal and external peer contacts (e.g. relationship managers, HNW Segment, WMAS, Branch Teams, Experience COE, Change & Enablement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Digital). + Ensure that products and services literature and enablement resources are effective (quantity and quality), aligned with key firm messages and compliant. Assist in the design of efficient and effective ongoing processes and controls. + Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned HNW products and services for the firm.
