Associate Housing Analyst / Economist
Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. (RDN) is looking for Associate Housing Analysts / Economists to add to our team! At RDN you will contribute to our housing market analysis program: conducting primary research at locations around the nation, analyzing geospatial and economic datasets in our housing supply and demand model, and writing reports showcasing your results. Whether you are forecasting housing demand at your desk or conducting face-to-face interviews in a new town, your varied work tasks will help the Armed Forces to better support service members and their families. Our multilingual, interdisciplinary staff members have training and expertise in economics, quantitative analysis, applied social research, and public policy. We focus on regional and resource economics, with particular expertise in housing economics and water rate studies. Compensation: Associate Housing Analysts/Economists will earn a minimum of $25.00 and a maximum of $33.00 per hour.
