Responsible for partnering with the Global HR SR. Director, Global HR Manager and Regional HR Directors in delivering effective HR services. This role will be responsible for supporting and acting as a project manager in various HR programs, systems and tools for our international markets to guarantee a better Employee Experience. This role will create and maintain Global HR dashboards and/or reports, employee data management and support on administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting a dynamic, multicultural team. This position is a critical support role, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and ensuring a positive employee experience globally.
Act as a project manager and contribute to global HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members to support the successful implementation of new HR programs. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights and share with HR Global team and provide actionable recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes. Coordinate international employee recognition programs and communications. Collaborate with the OD team to ensure that current recognition programs available to international employees outside the US are fully understood and utilized such as Best Of Best and WOW. Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and provide insights for continuous improvement. Create Global HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to display data. Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports on workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover, ratio analysis, span of control, etc. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to International to support decision-making. Review existing International HR policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency across international policies and alignment to Global policies and provide insights for enhancements. Escalate any issues or potential risk to the Global HR Manager. Assist with global Opportunity & Sales team recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Manages the International and Region teams onboarding processes (on the job training) by enhancing tools, sharing information with international teams, and ensuring a seamless integration for new hires across all regions. Act as a project manager when new Journeys are launched in international. Partner with both the market and HR COE (HR Technology, etc) to identify specific needs and own the project timeline and launch. Supports on any onboarding process need such as enhancing tools, sharing information with international teams, etc. ordinate logistics for global HR training sessions, workshops, and other development programs, including scheduling, communication, and participant tracking. Help maintain records of Global HR training and professional development activities, supporting efforts to enhance team skills and growth. Assist with the development and distribution of learning materials, presentations, and resources for employees across all regions. Support the Global HR Sr. Director, Manager and Regional HR Directors on creating or updating the HR Calendar, project timelines such as Flourish, HR Planning, etc., project communications for HR Region. Keep track of the status of key global HR projects. Monitor the status of key global HR projects. This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and HR teams in diverse regions. Systems orientation – HRIS, Payroll, Dashboard/Insights, MS Office Suite, Smartsheet and other HR tools. Basic understanding of HR principles, HR activities and regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to deal with numerous diverse cultures and environments. Able to interface with people from all cultures, to think and problem-solve in a creative and solution-oriented way, to exhibit sensitivity to needs of local cultures and to modify behaviors for different situations, localities, or audiences. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Bilingual or multilingual beneficial.
