Associate HR Business Partner *Hybrid*

Associate HR Business Partner *Hybrid* This role works onsite three days a week. 

The Associate HR Business Partner will take on a wide range of responsibilities within a specific market, focusing on both strategic support and practical implementation in a designated service area. This role delivers a mix of tasks and actions, such as utilizing HR tools and systems, deploying people strategies and supporting organization outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with data analysis, labor relations activities, and aiding new leaders in system navigation. The Associate HR Business Partner will need to collaborate with and support activities for the HRBPs and/or Chief HR Officer in their market to ensure workforce strategies are achieved. Additionally, this position will involve working with core leaders to tackle operational, developmental, and leadership challenges within the assigned client group(s). The Associate HR Business Partner will help implement various HR programs and processes and may also act as a key point of contact for leaders, caregivers, Centers of Excellence, and Field HR. A key requirement of this role is the ability to use analytical tools to inform business decisions. The Associate HR Business Partner will ensure the quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with our centers of expertise (COE) specialist teams.

Required qualifications:

3 years Human Resources or related work experience. 2 years Working as an HR Generalist or equivalent role. 2 years Proficient in computer operations and well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. upon hire: PHR or SHRM-CP certification. 1 year Ability to work in a matrixed environment and with cross functional teams
