CBS - TAL - Talent Attraction &Acquisition :

As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and experience with social media recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a strong team orientation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Experience


Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the requirements of each role and the desired candidate profile.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
Utilize job boards, social networking sites, and other search platforms to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and qualify their suitability for the role.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Keep up-to-date with new sourcing tools and industry trends to ensure competitive intelligence.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and search progress.
Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Participate in networking events, career fairs, and professional associations to promote our company and job opportunities.
