Associate - HRSS
The HRSS Specialist plays a key role in providing operational support within the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) department. This position involves handling HR transactions, employee inquiries, HR system administration, and the delivery of HR services to internal Stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Global HR Transaction Management: + Process employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations. + Ensure that HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner. + Manage and resolve employee queries. + Maintain HR documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. + Employee Support: + Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. + Assist employees with issues related to leave of absence, benefits, and HR system access. + Process Improvement: + Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. + Ensure HR operations are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. + Collaboration: + Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and other teams to resolve complex issues. + Assist in HR project initiatives, such as system updates, SOP etc., Desired Skills: + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Strong stakeholder service skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships. + Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement. + Should be able to work on Standard operation procedure. Criteria: + 3+ years of experience in HR shared services or HR Operations, ideally in a large, complex organization. + Positive attitude and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to explore new learning opportunities + Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM) and HR processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Knowledge of relevant HR best practices. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. + Flexible with Shifts. + 5 Days Work from Office.
