Associate Human Resource Generalist
Reporting to the Plant Human Resource Manager, you will help provide Human Resources support, including recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning projects. **You Will:** + Participate in recruitment activities, job creation, and in the selection process, including, scheduling interviews and participating in all post-hire / onboarding activities. + Propose and implement processes to improve the quality and quantity of applications, including new sources for both active and passive recruitment. + Be a coach with managers with regards to human resource management. + Ensure the application and fair interpretation of the collective agreement. + Advise managers on the interpretation and application of the collective agreement, the administration of corrective measures, and the interpretation of the laws and regulations of labor relations. + Participate in problem solving to determine causes, participate in investigation(s), and propose appropriate solutions for all HR related issues. + Maintain and write reports, letters, files, and performance indicators related to human resources management activities. + Be involved in Fresh Pack planning, recruitment, camp readiness and provide support to the guest workers. **You Have:** + University degree or College diploma in business management or human resources. + 1+ years of experience in Human Resources. + Experience with benefits and compensation administration. + Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite. + Ability to work in a high-performance, multi-tasking, and fast-paced environment. \#LI-MC1 \#LI-Onsite \#LI-Associate **Our Benefits:** We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role: + Health: Comprehensive healthcare plans, wellness incentive program, mental wellbeing support and fitness reimbursement + Wealth: Great pay, bonus incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase plan + Growth: Career development opportunities, employee resource groups, on-demand learning and tuition reimbursement + Balance: Paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role) and volunteer opportunities **Our Company:** Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
