Responsibilities: + Assist with the operations and maintenance of water source heat pumps, HVAC systems; and other related equipment/systems as directed. + Assist other trades personnel and management personnel to maintain reliable utility service and efficient performance. + Take equipment readings critical for operations, efficient performance, maintenance history, billing, etc. + Compile logs, prepare reports, and enter data/information into computers as necessary. + Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on various equipment as directed. + Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and safety standards, practices, codes. + Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: + Highschool, GED, Trade or Vocational School education. + Minimum 2 years' professional experience. + Ability to review confidential US security information. + Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
