We are seeking a talented individual to join us at Guy Carpenter. We currently have a Reinsurance Contract Drafter role on our Broking Support Services team. This is a hybrid role that can be based in either New York, NY; Edina, MN, Seattle, WA or Philadelphia, PA.
We will count on you to:
Manage assigned client base for all aspects of reinsurance contracts, under minimal supervision.Draft reinsurance contracts for assigned client base in response to Broker and Client instructions to reflect the intent of reinsurance negotiations, under minimal supervision.Manage the transmittal and execution of finalized reinsurance contracts, coordinating with Brokers and Placement Support as needed.Input contract status data to the electronic document tracking system, under minimal supervision, to manage contract performance.Collaborate with internal colleagues to educate and share knowledge on industry topics.Promote, build, and maintain relationships with Brokers and Clients.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field.Solid customer service expertise of dealing with clients.2+ years of experience in Insurance and/or Reinsurance ideal.Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and working effectively in a team.What makes you stand out:

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,200 to $136,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
