This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
In employee relations at PwC, you will focus on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organisation, fair treatment, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment.Assisting in the preparation, review, circulation, and filing of all Employee Relations administration processes, including all ER letters (Warning Letters, Summon Letters, termination letters, employee agreement templates, Early retirement).Maintaining data quality in the database (Cases logbook).Acting as an operator, taking notes (Minutes of Meetings), setting meetings, and booking rooms for all ER meetings and bipartite discussions.Processing bereavement donations for staff who are grieving (immediate family members passed away).Recording the PKWT process.Ensuring the WLK process is updated.Assisting in drafting and reviewing Company regulations (in collaboration with the ER Manager).Updating HC & HCD Policies on Firm Policy and socializing them among HC & Pillars (liaising with Company Regulation).Handling questions regarding Firm Policy, determining when to answer and when to escalate.Preparing agreements and payments for HC-ER third parties (HC-Consultant and APINDO).Prefered Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience as an HC Employee Relation / Industrial Relation or similar role.Experience with databases and HR software. Experience using Workday is an advantage.Excellent analytical and reporting skills, able to process and analyze big data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Ms Excel (advance in using formulas) or related software.
