Job DescriptionCompany: Oak Street HealthTitle: Associate II, TrainingRole Description:The Associate II, Training is a skilled facilitator of learning who is accountable for effectively delivering - in accordance with a proprietary framework for learning delivery excellence - a variety of highly visible, highly important learning programs across different modalities and tools. Primarily, this role will support delivery of enterprise-wide and care team-specific new-hire onboarding training. Core Responsibilities:Facilitate meaningful virtual (primarily) and in-person (occasionally, as needed) learning experiences using a variety of tools and across a range of subject areas such as onboarding training, care-team training, and moreProvide coaching and feedback to learners during and outside of training sessionsManage logistics for learning programs as needed, including scheduling, preparing and disseminating training materials and coordinating with participantsKeep up-to-date with Oak Street Health workflows; Oak Street best practices; and industry trends, and incorporate into training programs when appropriateOther duties, as assigned What are we looking for?Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferredExpertise in Oak Street Health care model and operations or 1-2 years of experience in training front-line employees in a clinical or corporate healthcare settingDemonstrated ability to effectively engage and motivate learners in gaining comprehensive understanding of learning contentExcellent time management awareness and skillsCritical reasoning and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other learning stakeholders in ensuring training content is up-to-date and relevantStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, instructional design, or communications is preferred Excellent judgment, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentialityClear, direct, and accessible verbal communication skillsExcellent listening and feedback delivery skillsStrong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and developmentExperience working on a multidisciplinary Learning teamKnowledge of/prior experience with, or an ability to quickly come up to speed on, Oak Street Healthâs care model Ability to travel as needed (approx. 10% of the time with advanced notice)Experience working with Medicare is preferred Experience with measuring training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement is preferredProficiency with (or an ability to quickly learn) the following job-related tools is preferred: Video conferencing software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google MeetsPresentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google SlidesInteractive whiteboards such as Miro, Google Jamboard, or Microsoft WhiteboardCollaboration tools such as Google Drive or Microsoft SharePointLearner response systems such as Poll Everywhere or KahootOnline assessment tools such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkeyScreen sharing and recording tools like CamtasiaUS work authorizationSomeone who embodies being âOakyâOak Street Health Benefits: Mission-focused career impacting change and measurably improving health outcomes for medicare patients

The base salary offered will range between $54,000 - $128,400 and will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, other business and organizational needs, and if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job. The total compensation package for this position includes bonus and benefits such as health care, 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
