Role Proficiency:

Apply electrical and mechanical engineering principles to develop professional cost effective designs as a part of the team with support from Designer-III and Lead.

Outcomes:

Electricala.     Development of 2D wire harness drawings conforming with customer requirements and industrial drafting standardsb. Use design of hardware fixation components such as brackets clips and mounting points using 3D modelling modulec.     Development of wire harness routing designs in 3D which includes ensuring secure routing of harness to corresponding connectors d.     Create and understand schematic drawings. Mechanicala.     Hydraulic Design: Design of hydraulic systems; selection of hydraulic components and fittings and hydraulic routings using Pro-E Wildfireb.     Structural Design: Design of structural members castings and weld fabricationsc.     Weld Design: Design of welding structural componentsd.     Vehicle Integration and Assembly: Contribute to Mechanical or Electrical integration as a part of Vehicle integration and assemblye. FEA: Understand and apply Finite Element Analysis in Mechanical design
