Associate II - Marketing

ø  Support and enable Marketing department, providing business program marketing support including but not limited to:

ø  Program Training Assist customer with enquiries regarding Escalation management Noncompliance-work with IIP finance for resolution of compliance queries

ø  Localization of content Customer handholding to setup activities and event pre-approval

ø  Provide marketing assistance to customers using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills

ø  Solve problems within agreed quality standards using a good understanding of customer and client relationship Identifies and escalates complex problems to next level of support and resolve as per agreed SLA

ø  Familiarizes self with the client partner marketing programs

ø  Help to provides solutions/suggestion to customer, following a set of SOP Provide good customer service experience to customers

ø  Work on client program tools and make necessary entries

ø  Understand and respect language and country nuances when talking with the customers in different countries

 

Job Requirement:

ø  Experienced Marketing Call Center professionals.

ø  Degree holder in any field, marketing or Accounting / Finance degree holders preferred.

ø  Basic Microsoft Office application and preferably a higher knowledge of excel as data analysis may be required Meticulous, well-organized & detail-oriented person

ø  Responsible to ensure data accuracy and consistency

ø  Experienced in customer server as front-line support with excellent soft skills

ø  Multilingual (Native Language Speaker):

ø  APJ JC shift: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean

ø  EMEA shift: English, Russian, German, Italian, French, Polish, Turkish

ø  AMR Shift: English, Spanish, Portuguese

ø  Positive and cheerful personality
