Associate Install Base (IB) Product Manager, USCAN Imaging, X-ray
Job Description SummaryThis role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading X-ray Install Base Product Management elements of the USCAN X-ray portfolio to grow revenue and maximize margin. This role will actively mine voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize product strategy, create sales enablement around HealthCheck and other IB data to assist the sales team, identify commercial program opportunities targeting IB, and partner with services product management and global franchise product leaders on comprehensive equipment and services solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution

Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and price realization data to influence product strategy and develop commercial strategyWork cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize, and continuously evolve X-ray offeringsCatch and commercialize new product introductions from global including development of product configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators. Closely partner and assist marketing on value proposition refinement, customer facing marketing material, and Learning & Development on sales enablement training.Work horizontally across Imaging (USCAN + Global), Services, and Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offeringsLead strategy, process, and communication of FMIs, Field Upgrades, and equipment End of Guaranteed ServiceAssist in headquarters customer visits, presenting product portfolioWork closely with X-ray Franchise Product Management and Marketing to develop and execute show site and key opinion leader strategiesLead market research and competitor analysis efforts by gathering data on trends, opportunities, tender spec requirements and customer pain pointsParticipate in discussions on product vision and work on internal communication to help convey the product strategy as directedCreate sales enablement tools directly related to HealthCheck data (asset management plans)Actively deploying updates to subscriptions to ensure customer satisfaction with latest software/hardware

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or STEM3+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, med-tech, or related fieldTeam oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional, global teamsExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong analytical and process skillsExpertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization, and brandingInnovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $97,600.00-$146,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
