The Customer Experience (CX) Enablement team provides resources and assistance in an effort to enable the CX organization as well as our Mindbody customers to optimize their potential in their role at the company and/or leveraging the software.

About the right team member

The Associate Instructional Designer, plays a key role in supporting the design and development of instructional materials. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, you will contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful learning content, ensuring alignment with instructional goals and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.

About the roleCreate instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other learning resources.Contribute to the design and organization of learning content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying key concepts.Work with instructional designers to implement instructional strategies and methodologies.Conduct reviews of instructional materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to instructional design standards.Implement feedback and revisions to continuously improve the quality of learning content.Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.Prioritizes deliverables effectively while balancing multiple ongoing projectsCommunicate effectively within the team to share progress and address any challenges.Assist in the integration of multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience.All other duties as assignedSkills & experienceBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Content Design, Education, or a related field.1 year’s experience with Mindbo1+ year’s experience in instructional design, content design, education, or e-learning.Needs to have fluent english as will be creating content to train english speakers.Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices.Proficiency in using instructional design tools and e-learning platforms is a plus.Self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners through e-learning toolsStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize appropriatelyAbility to adapt to an agile working environment including work assignments and priorities based on business needs.Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.Tech savy with the ability to quickly learn and acquire new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge efficiently.
