Job DescriptionThe Associate IT Business Analyst - Finance role at Jack Link’s will partner with business owners to identify business system opportunities and support existing applications. Opportunity to work and collaborate with business and technical teams on multiple technologies. Candidates must be comfortable in a high paced-team environment with the ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization and make challenging decisions.
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Establish strong business partner relationships with finance functional areas.Work with IT BRM Finance to understand new business requirements and provide recommendations.Provide functional support related to SAP implementations and various projects.Begin to scope and plan Finance related IT projects that improve business processes.Deliver projects within budget and on time within the specified scope defined by the Statement of Work.Assist in support and enhancement of our current SAP solutions.Define functional and technical specifications as required.Perform system configuration in SAP.Create and complete testing scenarios in specified business area.QualificationsBS Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.1+ year Business Application experience.1+ year experience implementing and supporting business systems.Required Skills, Knowledge and abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employeesWorking knowledge of key business processes and the applications deployed to enable these processes.Preferred knowledge and experience with other SAP modules and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area. Understands current and emerging IT technologies.Skillful in testing and documentation using accepted methodologies.Capable of providing inputs to scope, plan, and estimate projects.Expert in defining detailed business requirements.Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.Valid driver’s license and insurable.Travel required 10%Additional InformationThe salary range for this role is $74,600 - $102,630 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
