Base Pay Range:

$75,000-$85,000

As an Associate JDE Software Engineer your essential job functions will include the following:

In the software stack you are responsible for: writing clean code, writing basic documentation, providing effective logging, navigating legacy code and minimizing repetitive work, following established standards, presenting and explaining code as well as identifying improvement opportunities.Ability to learn new tools.Answer to promoted code within your own team / technology stack.Help to find problem origins and seek relevant resources.Accept quick changes, manage competing deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.Understand code dependencies within your technology stack.Understand the core concept of all languages.Meet deadlines on all project subtasks.Understanding testing fundamentalsBe aware of and follow all of Dealer Tire's security standards.Basic code writing skills in JDE.Preferred tools include: BSSV, Orchestrator 92, BI Publisher, Create Forms JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 using OMW (UBE, TC BSFN, NER, Jdeveloper, Visual Studio, Orchestrations, AS/400 DB/2 Database).Preferred modules within JDE - Sales, Advanced Transportation, Advanced Warehousing, Finance and Procurement.Designated Europe Support Associates are responsible for providing on-call support during European business hours, ensuring coverage when U.S. support is unavailable.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred.2+ years of related experience, preferably in design, development and documentation.
