Position Summary:
Lakeview Financial Group is looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives working not only independently but also with a team. The Associates main responsibilities will include assisting advisors with meeting preparation and assisting with forms and transactions for financial accounts; supporting projects and the administration of various programs, assisting with drafting financial plans and reports; accepting and/or entering securities trade orders from customers; providing fund values and answering securities product-related questions; assisting with the management of investment models; and participating in occasional marketing events that may occur during non-business hours.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferredMust have or attain securities Series 7 and 66 within six months of employment as well as insurance licensing.Interested in understanding economic trends, regulations, and other factors affecting client investmentsVery detail oriented and organizedExcellent problem solving and communication skillsAbility to flourish in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationWork well in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrate an ability to develop and cultivate relationshipsAccept feedback and constructive criticism wellPass any applicable pre-employment testsBe able to demonstrate customer service orientation/experience obtained in any fieldProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelCompensation:
Salary range of $40,000-$60,000, corresponding to the candidate's experience level and credentials. Package includes annual bonus opportunity after one year’s employment as well.
As part of Lakeview Financial Group, verification of a candidate's background will need to be completed as part of the hiring process. Fingerprints will be required as part of the FINRA registration process for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
