Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Associate Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our design studio, you will contribute to creating sustainable and visually stunning outdoor spaces that enhance the urban environment and reflect the unique character of the region.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior landscape architects and multidisciplinary teams to develop conceptual designs and detailed plans for a variety of projectsCreate and refine landscape designs using CAD software and 3D modeling toolsPrepare high-quality presentation materials, including renderings, diagrams, and drawingsConduct site analyses and research to inform design decisionsAssist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimatesParticipate in client meetings and present design concepts effectivelyStay updated on sustainable design practices and incorporate them into projectsMentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environmentEnsure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards in all designs

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution3-5 years of professional experience in landscape architectureProfessional license or certification (e.g., {LICENSE_PLATE}) preferredProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and 3D modeling toolsStrong graphic design skills and ability to create compelling visual presentationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of sustainable design practices and their application in landscape architectureExperience with urban planning and design projectsUnderstanding of local flora and environmental conditions in the UAEFamiliarity with Middle Eastern landscape design principlesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
