Associate Lawyer – Insurance Defence

We are seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join this team. As part of a specialized group, you will handle a wide range of insurance litigation matters, including complex claims and possibly some coverage disputes. You will be responsible for managing files independently while working closely with senior partners on more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of insurance litigation matters, including disputes related to insurance coverage, claims handling, and policy interpretation.Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting examinations for discovery, appearing at motions, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.Provide legal advice to clients on insurance-related issues, including coverage analysis and risk management.Work closely with partners and junior associates to strategize and resolve client matters.Maintain and build client relationships while providing high-quality service.Benefits & Perks:
