The right candidate will assist in the processing of mortgage loans by providing coverage to teammates who are out of the office and provide a high level of customer service to the company’s builders as well as our home buyers. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Responsible for covering the pipeline of teammates who are out of the office due to approved vacation, leave of absence, sick leave, etc. * Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originator, borrower, etc. on any items needed for the loan * Submit loan files and/or conditions to Underwriting * Complete pre-draws for Closing * Submit loan files to Closing after final approval * Read updates and comply with all quality control policies * Review Loan Processor reports/dashboards daily * Maintain an accurate communication log * Update comments and communication on all relevant reports * Review all files for company required checklists * Attend QC meetings as scheduled * Attend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Operations Manager * Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Able to work overtime * Able to travel overnight *Education and/or Experience* * One-year certificate from college or technical school * Three to six months of related experience and/or training * Must have a valid and current Mortgage Loan Originator License as required per state regulations * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
