As an Associate Loaner Processing Tech, you will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Check goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Review customer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. Initiate, maintain, and compile records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for Loaner Set: Audit, Inspection (for instruments & implants) and Put-away.Create, View, Confirm, Short Confirm & Print Transfer OrdersResponsible for quality requirements; loaner processing, visual & cosmetic standards for Manufacturing.Verifies serial label attached to incoming loaner sets and documents for discrepancies with proposed corrective actionMaintains records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status of material locationsPackages sets after inspection ensuring that documentation is accurate, and sets are protected and adequately strapped for shipmentPerforms bin to bin transfers using handheld Scanner gunsResponsible for processing looseparts & sterile loosepart setsResponsible for processing extra retrievals setsResponsible for processing black sets for sterile parts & MAGECXPerforms other duties as assigned Required Skills / Capabilities

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Education and Experience

Typically requires less than 1 year of related experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required

Travel and/or Physical Requirements

May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
