Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Loaner Set: Audit, Inspection (for instruments & implants) and Put-away.Create, View, Confirm, Short Confirm & Print Transfer OrdersResponsible for quality requirements; loaner processing, visual & cosmetic standards for Manufacturing.Verifies serial label attached to incoming loaner sets and documents for discrepancies with proposed corrective actionMaintains records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status of material locationsPackages sets after inspection ensuring that documentation is accurate, and sets are protected and adequately strapped for shipmentPerforms bin to bin transfers using handheld Scanner gunsResponsible for processing looseparts & sterile loosepart setsResponsible for processing extra retrievals setsResponsible for processing black sets for sterile parts & MAGECXPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Skills / CapabilitiesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focusEducation and ExperienceTypically requires less than 1 year of related experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredTravel and/or Physical RequirementsMust occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsNature and Scope (for reference only)Completes routine and/or standardized tasks; emphasis is on simple or repeatable processesApplies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the positionResolves task-related problems in straightforward situationsRoutine work activities are generally supervised while new work is closely supervisedExchanges and verifies routine information
