**Associate Maintenance Manager** **Location: Arcadia, WI** **Onsite** As an **Associate Maintenance Manager** , you will be responsible for defining and executing the site strategy for Maintenance (Preventive and Corrective), Asset Care, and Utilities operation in accordance with Key Performance measures, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety / regulatory requirements, and operational goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining budget and cost controls; managing contractors for optimal services across the site; providing direct supervision to the Maintenance Team executing responsibilities as a people manager; leading projects as necessary performing Capex and Maintenance cost control and reporting; and managing the Long-Term equipment plan and equipment reliability strategy.
