Title: Associate Manager, Digital & Tech Operations (Off-Prem)
Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation:  $93,800 - $110,400

 

What You’ll Be Serving Up:

To lead and manage all off-premise channel operations and performance, ensuring world-class customer experiences across drive-thru, web, app, and delivery operations, including maintaining aggregator service level agreements (SLAs).

 

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

 

Drive-Thru Operations Management: Oversee the performance and optimization of drive-thru operations to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Web & App Operations Performance: Manage and optimize web and app operations to deliver high performance, reliability, and a superior customer experience. Delivery Operations: Lead and oversee all aspects of delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment. Aggregator Management: Manage relationships with third-party aggregators and ensure compliance with SLAs, driving continuous improvement in performance. Customer Experience Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all off-premise channels. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze operational data to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and operations, to align off-premise strategies with overall business objectives. Digital Platform Commercialization and Integration: Manage the commercialization and operational integration of digital platforms, ensuring they are effectively embedded into restaurant operations to enhance efficiency, drive growth Improve the customer experience.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital operations, off-premise channel management, or related roles. Proven experience managing performance and optimizing customer experience across multiple channels.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with digital platforms, delivery operations, and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.
