Hours - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in office 3 days per week
This role will involve handling external CMO for in-licensing products, new launches and subsequent supplies. It will also involve handling external CMO for contract services that include product development, facilitating tech transfer followed by subsequent supplies as per the production plan & supply commit.

+ Review of production plan, coordinate amongst demand planning/ supply planning
+ Circulate plan to respective CMO and ensure its execution as per the requirement
+ Create purchase orders and circulate to respective CMO for production planning
+ Support monthly sales closing for assigned business domain ensuring to deliver all committed products for that respective month
+ Co-ordination with Supply Planning for logistic management of finished goods from CMO to principal warehouse
+ Pro-actively de-risk products ensuring continued supply to meet business requirement
+ Pro-actively keep searching possible alternate vendor development (AVD) of important SKU-s or as per the business requirement
+ Analyze cost sheets, rates, validate prices, negotiate and finalize rates with third party.
+ Generate savings against budget by identifying opportunities
+ Facilitate Product evaluation, approval from GPL QA and R & D
+ Coordinate for supplier payments, resolve any Invoicing, Taxation and other discrepancies in coordination with finance team
+ Maintain business agreement database for periodic renewal liaise with Legal team, facilitate subsequent / new business agreement execution coordinating with CMO & principal's legal
+ Coordinate between internal/external stake holders to facilitate quality requirement and resolve any queries pertaining to compliance management
+ Coordinate with all internal and external stake holders for dispatch of the finished goods and for finished product release
+ Co-ordinate with PDC team /QA/ RA / R & D and all internal stake holders for review, approval and release of new artworks as per the regulation or as per business requirement
+ Facilitate any pack change and product improvement of the existing products.
+ Raise change controls for IL products
+ Creation of product code and vendor code
+ Update record of vendors in SAP like change in bank details/ change in address / Change in manufacturing site
+ Coordination for CMO and principals QA team for audit
+ Coordinate for Market complaint among CMO and QA team. Arrange investigation report along with CAPA from vendor for timely closure of market complaint
+ Coordinate and resolve any queries raised by R&D and QA team
+ Ensure monthly production plan & check the CMO feasibility to deliver target supply commit
+ Evaluate shortages of RM/PM and create the purchase requisition
+ Track RM & PM deliveries at CMO site coordinating with purchase department
+ Coordinate with CMO QC department for release of raw & packing materials
+ Follow up with site for release GRN hard copies
+ Schedule manufacturing the product as per schedule & follow- up with site/assigned testing lab for analysis, released dispatch etc
+ Arrange FG sample to testing outside labs and get the analyses & review the data, and facilitate the FG release/ Dispatch
+ Physical stock verification of Raw & Packing Material at various LL sites
+ Arrange the vehicle for dispatch the FG products
+ Arrange the COA & PRA of FG product along with other essential documents pertaining in logistics
+ Maintain the required set of data loggers at location
+ Act as control tower for Inventory Management & Control for RM/PM/Consumables
+ Find out slow moving/non-moving/Short expiry materials and share the list to purchase team for transfer or sale
+ Resolve the issue between CMO and internal stakeholders like (i.e. Purchase / CQA / logistic / Finance / PDC / Business)
+ Facilitate & follow up for Artworks / Product spec. / shade card & FG Spec
+ Handling of market complaints, taking follow up with site & arranging the investigation reports
+ Collect the data for MIS Preparation
+ Inventory report (Std. vs actual consumption, PID etc)
+ Yield- Analysis the yield trend monthly basis. Take corrective action on same.
+ Purchase report & dashboard creation for DOFC management
+ Vendor master updation
Education
+ Bachelor Degree in B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy
MBA - Operation/SCM from Tier I & II institute
Experience
+ 10+ years or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, with a significant focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management is required, including leadership experience in managing sourcing teams and driving cost optimization initiatives across various categories.
