The Finance Associate Manager plays a critical role in supporting the overall Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the fast-growing Yum! Digital & Technology business unit. The Yum! Digital and Technology Finance Associate Manager will partner closely with the FP&A managers/senior managers who oversee the Yum! D&T strategic pillars (Easy Experiences, Easy Operations and Easy Insights), the Yum! Corporate FP&A team, and the Yum! D&T Control/accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a robust and automated monthly reporting process Own division monthly reporting, compiling, and communicating financial and business metrics to division leadership Update, improve and automate the financial forecast model that governs all short and long-range planning for Yum! D&T Support the establishment, tracking, and automation of Yum! Digital and Technology KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business cases, improve governance/processes, and find ways to generate efficiencies for the teamMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsPreferred Requirements:
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management preferred Experience in QSR, technology, or retail organization Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated success in collaborating with teamsSalary Range: $89,300 to $115,610 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
