What you will do

Lead and develop team of Finance professionals supporting Royalties, including accruals, budgets, projections, and payments for the Joint Replacement and Trauma & Extremities divisions of StrykerManage and review all journal entries and reconciliations for royalty activity during the monthly closePartner with finance leaders across Joint Replacement and Trauma & Extremities on business reviews of quarterly royalty paymentsPartner with AP and Treasury on processing of royalty paymentsPartner with FP&A group on royalties projections & budgetServe as primary Finance Business Partner to Intellectual Property, Legal Counsel, Marketing & R&D teams on matters relating to royalty contracts  Serve as a business partner to the OUS royalty finance team on collaboration of contracts and resolving potential issuesRecommend and implement process improvements to ensure integrity and efficiency.Function as an extension of the divisional team, proactively communicating and leading meetings to resolve issues and implement improvements.Manage critical projects and perform ad-hoc analyses to support Business Partner needs and Orthopaedics Group

What you need

Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred6+ years’ experience in Accounting and/or FinanceExcellent interpersonal skillsProficiency with ExcelExperience in cross-functional partneringStrong experience with Oracle & JDE (preferred).Ability to interpret and analyze data accurately and efficientlyStrong ability to coordinate action across dispersed workforceStrong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to solve problems and lead projects to completion

Travel Percentage: 10%
