Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis | MAF Properties | Asset Management Business Unit

ROLE SUMMARY
Contribute to establishing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function as a first-class operation by supporting business performance through assessments, identifying growth opportunities, driving efficiencies, coordinating financial planning processes, and developing revenue management tools to support pricing decisions for leasing and asset management at Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

ROLE PROFILE

Coordinate the financial planning cycle and prepare timely business performance analyses, strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.Deliver accurate financial results and performance insights for assets, developments, regions, and cost centers.Engage with stakeholders to secure accurate forecasts and identify cost efficiencies, growth, and investment opportunities.Assist in financial system improvements and process enhancements, ensuring effective implementation.Maintain revenue management tools to analyze leasing, renewals, and asset management initiatives.Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, code of conduct, and uphold company values.Coordinate with corporate and regional teams to align planning and reporting processes with governance standards.Identify and implement reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent and Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACMA, ACCA) is preferred.7-10 years of relevant experience in finance, focusing on FP&A and strategic planning in an international context.Strong ability to analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making.Expertise in financial planning systems, reporting tools, and revenue management solutions.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate with regional and corporate teams effectively.Acts as an ambassador of organizational values, fostering a collaborative, open, and goal-driven work environment.
