Responsibilities

Manages complete execution of all licensing contracts with external partner and our internal teams including legal, finance, and management from the point a Deal Memo is agreed to final signature Input and maintain all contractual agreements within system of record, ensuring relevant contractual information and updated are shared with internal teams, such as design, merchandising, and marketing  Serve as main point of contact between the licensing department and internal teams, addressing inquiries related to licensed rights, including brand, product, and territory questions   Maintain an accurate inventory of relevant SKUs to ensure accurate information is available for reporting Coordinate licensor audits by facilitating the exchange of information between the audit firm and management to ensure compliance with contractual obligations  Conduct regular compliance checks on agreement requirements to ensure contractual obligations are met

Qualifications

5 years of experience in project management, legal, operations, or finance, with 1 - 3 years experience working with contracts  Demonstrated experience in MS Office, to include proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Capable of managing cross-functional, deadline-driven projects  Clear and concise communication skills Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities Job Snapshot Employee Type Full-Time Location Egg Harbor Township, NJ (Onsite) Job Type Management Experience 5 years Apply to this job.
