About the role:
HoneyBook is growing its Partner Ecosystem and hiring an Associate Manager to continue to reach, engage and grow our member base through partners and affiliates. This role reports to our Manager, Partner Ecosystem and will be instrumental in fostering and expanding HoneyBook’s brand recognition across its core audience. You will be responsible for driving top of funnel growth and evaluating partner opportunities that drive conversion and retention. Using your relationship-based partner portfolio, you will determine the most impactful opportunities to collaborate and scale our partner program. You will help refresh and grow two long standing partner programs at HoneyBook: HoneyBook Educators and HoneyBook Pros. You will use data and strategic thinking to help inform overall program scope, impact and growth.
This role is hybrid to our San Francisco office 2-3 days per week, the current in-office days are Wednesday & Thursday.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of target member segments and key players including thought leaders, communities, tools, newsletters, podcasts, masterminds, events, and other channels Source and build relationships with partners and work with them to scale growth through custom campaigns and initiatives Collaborate on approach and execute top of funnel acquisition strategies across a variety of channels to drive member growth through GTM moments, campaigns and “always on” tactics by working cross functionally with PMM, creative, data, product, etc. Project manage all partner campaigns including contract facilitation, payment, deliverables and data tracking of each campaign with an ability to strategically connect impact of company goals Identify and evaluate industry events and conferences where we can leverage our ecosystem partners or show up as a brand Grow and improve two existing partner programs: HoneyBook Educators and HoneyBook Pros, to drive referrals and product adoption Identify system gaps and operational needs to support partnersHere is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

4+ years of proven success supporting growth acquisition campaigns as a channel owner Market research experience with an ability to develop a strong sense of key players in our target market segments Relationship building experience with an innate desire to connect with our partners (through research, conversations and attending industry events) and align their business growth goals with our internal growth goals Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, track deliverables and organize moving pieces in order to keep program and projects moving forwardThe good stuff:
