**About the Role:**
The Associate, Omni Enablement will play a key role in supporting the execution of data-driven initiatives that enhance Newell’s eCommerce performance. This role will focus on leveraging automation, AI, and analytics to drive insights for digital marketing, sales, and marketplace management. The Associate will assist in developing tools and dashboards, monitoring digital shelf performance, and ensuring data integrity for key initiatives. In addition to sustain market share tools supporting our eCommerce business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support the development and execution of digital intelligence initiatives to enhance eCommerce decision-making.
+ Assist in integrating and maintaining CommerceIQ (CIQ) tools and automation workflows for sales and marketing teams.
+ Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize digital shelf performance and promotional effectiveness.
+ Monitor and report on marketplace disruptions, providing insights to mitigate risks and improve spend allocation.
+ Assist in the design and deployment of executive dashboards for tracking key eCommerce performance indicators.
+ Conduct data integrity checks and ensure proactive item maintenance strategies.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on channel performance and opportunities for optimization.
+ Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in digital intelligence and eCommerce analytics.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
+ At least 1 or more years of experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, or a related field.
+ Familiarity with digital intelligence tools, AI-driven analytics, and automation workflows.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
+ Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
