About the Team
DoorDash’s Dasher Trust team is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to oversee our work in the Identity and Authenticity space. The Dasher Trust team’s work on Identity is critical to ensure that every delivery on DoorDash is a safe one. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record of performance to oversee our strategy in this critical area.
About the Role
As the Associate Manager of DoorDash’s Identity and Authenticity efforts, you will provide strategic oversight, deep analyses, and end-to-end implementation of critical large-scale initiatives to support the Trust team’s overarching goals. You will partner closely with various internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Marketing, Policy, and Legal, as well as manage external vendors that will aid us in our screenings efforts.
You will report to our Senior Manager of Trust and Safety.

+ Define, launch, and execute various strategic initiatives focused on authenticity initiatives across all Dashers on our platform
+ Manage relationships with third-party vendors including identification, onboarding, service monitoring, and performance optimization
+ Collaborate cross-functionally across the Safety S&O team, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, Policy, and others to drive key strategic projects
+ Define key results that align with strategic vision that aim to track progress against goals, highlight tradeoffs and prioritization for initiatives across the team, and communicate out results to senior leadership
+ Ability to generate high-level project plans with tasks, resources, dependencies, and dates .
+ Prepare presentations and communicate findings to management and the broader DoorDash Integrity organization.

+ 4+ years focused on Strategy & Operations or experience executing in a fast-paced environment
+ You have experience with SQL in being able to interpret data into high-level insights
+ You have the ability to scope solutions from ambiguous requirements
+ You have experience working with product and engineering teams to implement change and drive results
+ You have experience working with management and executive leadership teams
+ Bachelor degree required
+ Knowledge of the product we offer and passion for DoorDash’s mission
Nice to haves…
+ Familiarity and experience working on projects focused on the Identity, Compliance, Authenticity or screenings space; such as background checks, identify verification, and reputation screening
+ Preferred: experience managing the performance of third party vendors

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
