Who you will work with…

You will work with a smaller team within the larger tax department. Most of the team members have been with the organization for over ten years.  This team likes to come, stay, and grow! 

Who we are looking for…

The successful applicant will be the lead preparer of tax returns and workpapers for the company’s overall tax compliance deliverables and have significant involvement in the quarterly and yearend tax provision processes.

What you will do...

Preparation of the more complex federal proforma tax returns.Preparation of larger, more complex state income tax returns.Assist in compliance with international tax reporting requirements including preparation of Forms 5471, Forms 8858, and Forms 8865.Responsible for ensuring all tax return workpapers are prepared to support income tax audits.Assist in preparation of the tax provision and footnotes including all workpapers to support the financial statements.Monitor and evaluate effect on the company for changes in tax law and accounting pronouncements.Significant interaction with controller, accounting, and business units to derive information for the calculation of book/tax differences.


What you bring to the table…(Must Have)

A bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred (an advanced degree in tax is highly desirable)A minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industryCPA certification (or working toward certification)Intermediate or Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

It would be great if you have…(Nice to Have)

Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervisionExposure to Onesource tax compliance (OIT) and provision products (OTP)Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) would be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$108,900-$156,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
