Follow up vendor for brought out items procurement, manpower augmentation & all for all PEB and IDT supplies as per schedule requirement,    Follow up with engineering team for release of Drawing, deviation with respect to BOQ  , Qty. amendment , Descoping & Offloading of vendor . Preparation of deviation statement through site team .  Ensuring timely raising invoices, certification from Site team and Process for Payment.  Regular visit to vendors Manufacturing Plant , ware Houses to ensure delivery of supply Items within stipulated time .  Coordinating with all concern team for making invoice ready for payment, which includes errors resolving, errors in SAP, errors due to GST, Errors due to invoice booking. Inventory monitoring for all PEB Supplies and other associated works.  Follow up & Monitor PR/PO & amendment for all New and existing vendors including raising of NFA and necessary approvals. Raising of day-to-day issues related to vendor functioning.  Contract Closure and regular order amendments of supply & services orders.

Qualifications - BE - Mech/Civil 

Experience - 10 to15 years with expertise in monitoring and supplies of PEB Structures.

Travelling may required to vendor places.  Able to work as per site requirement
