· Lead the planning and execution of thermal power projects in Raigarh-cg, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

· Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.

· Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and quality control measures at the project site.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and timely issue resolution.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and external reporting requirements.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, addressing any technical issues that may arise during project execution.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to thermal power projects.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and performance.

· Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the project team.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field. Master's degree in Project Management or related discipline will be an advantage.
