Develop detailed structural designs for precast concrete elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.  Perform structural analysis using appropriate software to assess the integrity and strength of precast structures. Collaborate with project teams to review and interpret design specifications, providing technical guidance and expertise. Conduct site visits and assessments to validate structural integrity and address any design-related issues.   Prepare comprehensive reports, drawings, and documentation related to structural designs and analysis.  Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and quality.  Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives and project requirements. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while prioritizing safety and sustainability principles. Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis within the precast industry. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Structural Engineering
