The Position
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for operational training and the continuous improve-ment of training systems. The team consists of 12 employees, including training partners, train-ing coordinators, and training project managers. You and your team will work closely with stake-holders across multiple production departments. Furthermore, you will serve as the CVP Training Partner in M4.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Developing and leading a high-performing team
· Supporting your employees in their daily operations and driving continuous process op-timizations
· Setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring your team achieves its goals
· Providing direction, motivation, and development opportunities to keep your employees highly engaged
· Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to CVP management
· Maintaining and improving the Training for Competence (TfC) system within the area
· As part of the Business Support management team, you will be responsible for imple-menting initiatives that support the overall strategy in API and M4.
With a strategic mindset and a proactive leadership approach, you will ensure your team thrives while fostering collaboration and challenging the status quo.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you ideally have:
· A relevant master’s degree in adult learning, organizational development, psychology, or a related field
· Solid experience in leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic prioritization
· Proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving training programs within a corporate or regulated environment
· Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries
· Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

About the Department
API Manufacturing 4 (M4) is part of API. Across our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, more than 600 colleagues work together to manufacture API for life-saving medicines that help people with serious chronic diseases. We specialize in advanced chemical and biotechnological processes, including cultivation, recov-ery, purification, and freeze-drying. Our focus is on delivering the highest-quality API while con-tinuously optimizing our processes in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
You will be part of API, M4 Business Support, where this position is based.
