Associate Manager - Administration

⦁    Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
⦁    Oversee and manage facility operations, including maintenance, security, and space utilization.
⦁    Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
⦁    Manage and negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements
⦁    Ensure proper inventory management of office and facility supplies
⦁    Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support
⦁    Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and costs
⦁    Oversee administrative support for various departments within the organization
⦁    Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities and service providers.
⦁    Implement and maintain effective communication systems within the organization
⦁    Ensuring smooth end to end operation of various services (transport, accommodation, canteen, housekeeping etc.)

Any Graduate / postgraduate

6-10 years of proven work experience as an Admin Manager in the power/manufacturing plant. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing administrative operations for manufacturing site
