POSITION TITLE: Associate Manager – Aerie Business Strategies, Omni Business Strategy
REPORTS TO: Manager – Aerie Business Strategies, Omni Business Strategy
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Omni Business Strategy team will drive the business through leaseline, product deliveries & all in-season business needs. They will be the in-season engine that drives the business through all omni brand channels. This team will keep our brand moving towards its goals and strategic vision pertaining to leaseline initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEASELINE & IN-SEASON EXECUTION Supports manager in partnership with AE peers to understand co-branded opportunities Creates Leaseline document & day by day shell to guide conversations. Keeps documents up to date at all times. Supports manager in Webset & Email digital planning as it pertains to brand priorities, leaseline and promotional activity Reviews & approves all promotional activity via Store Communication for store promo placement Liaison between store field partners and merchants in delivering store feedback FLOORSET & DELIVERIES Owns recaps & analyzes brand lateness by delivery & troubleshoots concerns Manages deliveries file to support the Product Strategy Team in changes to executional plans Leads stores Lates & Adjustments and weekly store adjustments requested by merchants Presents floorset information to leadership during Initial Merchant walk-throughs Updates roll reports for upcoming floorsets BRAND EVENTS & TACTICS Contributes in all facets of the yearly brand kickoff where needed Prepares merchant presentations for store conferences Partner with Brand manager to align on special event offers & giveaways MISC Owns structure and updates for the Omni Strategic Line File Creates and manage CFT leaseline meetings Manages misc. projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent preferred. 2+ years prior merchandising experience from a specialty or department store. A passionate individual will be most successful in this and future roles. Keen sense of fashion and understanding of the Aerie brand. Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy (coolness and composure under strain, confidence without arrogance). Forward Thinking/Innovative – Not satisfied with the status quo, ahead of the times, advanced views, creating something like nothing done or experienced before. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
