Job Description:

Responsible for leading an HDL team consisting of hourly electricians to complete aircraft modification projects. 

Essential Functions:

Responsible for monitoring budgets, organizing daily tasks to meet milestones, understanding IMS schedule, and driving the overall performance on aircraft modification projects. Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics.  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.US citizenship requiredFAA Certified A&PMust have a Secret Clearence.Minimum of 2 years supervisorial experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.Ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.Must have experience on Boeing Large Wide body aircraft Ability to read\interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.Must be willing to work overtimeMust be willing to work all shiftsMust possess a working knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.Must possess ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.Experience in conflict resolution, team building, and coaching skills
