Role Purpose Statement

 

This position – ESG COE Manager will shall be working within BBS and shall be engaging with the Business teams globally and supporting in the ESG Disclosure and CSRD reporting for Bunge. As part of the execution of ESG reporting requirements to engage with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, Business Technology team. The incumbent is expected to be an understanding of the various process, data management, understand business requirements and support the ESG Program on a global scale through a ESG Governance structure.

 

Main Accountabilities

 

Assist the ESG COE Program Manager in documenting Program Scope, Milestones, Track Project Status and prepare the Governance meeting reviews. Self-organize routine tasks and provide inputs for Workshops, Steer Cos, Governance Checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings. Support Environment Working Group team in Data Management for the CSRD requirements- 90 operating plants data for the Environmental pillar. Help in defining the KPI, updating the Guideline Document, collate data from plants at set frequency and assuring data on ongoing basis from Data capturing to reporting level. Update the data in the templates, collate, aggregate, analyze and create Dashboards for Daily sync up, weekly calls, meeting with SPOC and Project team. Support the Manager in preparing the ESG Disclosures and Reporting- preparing responses, compiling, scoring, implementing quick wins. Planning ESG Data assurance and manage across functions. Analyze ESG ratings, Competitor Benchmarking and Best practices sharing required by governance framework and Assurance requirements.

ESG (Environmental, social, Government), Sustainability understanding. Ability to work in cross functional teams. Strong communications and presentation skills Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitments Relevant experience for 6 to 8 years. Post graduation in ESG / Sustainability or equivalent from a premier institute/university.

 

Education and Experience

 

• Desired Education Qualification –Engg and MBA , 6 to 8 years experience

• Knowledge of Sustainability
