ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Online Commercial Management is responsible to contribute to the implementation and support of e-merchandising strategies and processes aligned with the company's goals. They will work closely with the e-commerce team to assist in various tasks related to product data management, online merchandising, and performance analysis. This role involves supporting the execution of the e-merchandising roadmap and contributing to category development initiatives.

ROLE PROFILE

Support the execution of e-merchandising strategies aligned with category goals.Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators .Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the site content calendar.Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.Assist in the analysis of merchandising performance and asset reviews.Support data analysis of sales, customer behavior, and the digital funnel.Support the review and maintenance of e-merchandising policies and procedures.Collaborate with the e-merchandising team to support category management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevantMaster’s Degree in the same field advantage2+ years in digital merchandising or marketing, web analytics, product management in e-CommerceExperience in retail/FMCG business is preferredAbility to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to resultsProject, process and knowledge management skills
