Associate Manager CVP Campaigns
**Whats the Role?** The Liberty Caribbean Associate Manager CVP Campaigns supports the execution of key campaigns rolled out across the Caribbean (e.g., FMC, Christmas, entertainment, etc.). He/she understands the business, local culture across our markets, and the brand and supports the translation of those in end-to-end campaigns. **What You'll Do** + Brand media communications strategy and toolkits. + Develop Brand, media and communications toolkits for the key commercial topics, including concepts and execution in all media, design guidelines, digital and social executions, retail and sales collateral, and media spend recommendations + Work with assigned agencies and the Creative Hub, develop creative briefs, and guide the creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications. + Work alongside the Digital and Social Expert team to build a cohesive digital plan to both build the brand and generate sales across all of our digital touchpoints. + Collaborate with the media expert to deliver a media toolkit. + Collaborate with the corporate communications team to ensure that all campaigns and events are effectively translated in each market. + Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure an efficient rollout of the campaigns across the markets. + Has an appreciation and passion for different local cultural norms and knows how to include them into the campaigns + ROI Management; + Monitor the campaign effectiveness and improve leadership + Generate the enthusiasm and buy-in from the marketing teams and support them with the rollout of the campaigns in their markets. **Knowledge and Experience** + 1-3 years of related marketing experience or retail experiences. + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related field required; an advanced degree will be an asset. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
