Ensure adherence to Safety standards and generally accepted engineering standards.

Employee performance management, Talent Identification and Development to create talent pipeline and Succession Planning

review and optimize the inventories through effective planning, alternate supplier development, synergy across teams.

Lead team, improve employee engagement, mutual respect, co-ordination and synergy amongst team

Drive Innovation, Continuous Improvement techniques like Six sigma, 5S, lean, Quality circles to enhance productivity, cost, safety and overall performance 

8.

Focus on digital interventions to enable organization to be more effective in overall operations, focus on the industries trends, changing technologies, disruptive changes and provide input on future organization requirement.
